This website is a product catalogue with inquiry options. It does not currently provide an online checkout. Sending a message does not by itself confirm an order. An order requires our express confirmation.
Before you confirm
Confirm the product, dimensions, quantity, availability, total price, currency, delivery charges, payment method and expected fulfilment time before paying. Custom specifications and any special conditions should be agreed in writing before order confirmation.
Products and illustrations
Natural coir and wood can vary in colour, texture and finish. Some website images are digitally generated product illustrations and may differ from the exact item supplied. Ask for current photographs and specifications when a detail is important. Illustrations do not replace the description or specifications agreed for your order.
Prices and payments
Request a current quotation. It should identify product charges, delivery charges and any other applicable costs. Payment methods and any deposit requirement should be communicated before confirmation. Do not send card details through the inquiry form.
Delivery and returns
Read our Shipping & Delivery and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policies. Order-specific arrangements should be confirmed before purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law.
Safe use
Choose a support suitable for your plant and installation. Secure hanging structures to a suitable surface using appropriate fixings. Ask us for product-specific dimensions, installation and care guidance before purchase if needed.
Website use
Do not interfere with this website or submit unlawful material. Website branding and original content may not be copied for commercial use without permission or another lawful basis. External links are governed by the relevant provider's terms.
